PERMANENT JEWELRY POLICY
All sales are final. The client is given the opportunity to approve the chain and the fit. Once it’s welded, the sale is final. There are no replacements, refunds, or discounts for a piece the client no longer likes or wants or to replace lost or damaged chains. Permanent jewelry is durable but not indestructible. The daintier the chain, the more fragile it can be. If your chain should break at the weld site on the jump ring we guarantee this and would re-weld it at no charge for as long as you have your jewelry piece, but permanent jewelry can be broken or damaged just like any other piece of jewelry and, therefore, we cannot guarantee the chain.
If you find after wearing your piece you want the length shortened, we will be glad to do this for you, but we must charge our standard reweld fee.
If a client tries to alter, fix, or repair a piece and must bring it in for us for repair, we will charge a repair fee along with any associated material costs.

What is permanent jewelry? Permanent jewelry is the latest jewelry trend and a fix to a problem for jewelry lover everywhere...lost jewelry! It is basically a chain without a clasp, custom fit to you.
Why would I want it? Permanent jewelry is the latest "must have"! No more problems with clasps, loose or unfitted jewelry, or loss of your favorite piece. It's also a great way to celebrate friendship, bonding, special moments/occasions, or just treat yourself to a piece of jewelry that is tailor-made to you.
How does it work, and how do I take care of it? Schedule an appointment with our staff to choose the chain that is best for you. This chain will be custom fit and then micro-welded for a seamless look and perfect tightness. The entire process takes about 15 minutes and is safe, painless, easy, and fun! Your jewelry can last a very long time depending on your lifestyle, activity, and external factors. Although our pieces a durable, they are not indestructible and can be damaged. To help avoid problems and extend the lifetime of your jewelry we recommend cleaning it with a mild soap and water at least weekly and anytime after working out, spray tanning, or exposure to high levels of chlorine. sterling silver will also need periodic polishing. Lotions and creams can build up inside the links after time, making it look dull or tarnished. Simply use a soft toothbrush and mild soap to clean when neccessary.
What happens if my permanent jewelry breaks? Our pieces are durable, but not indestructible. The daintier the chain, the more fragile it can be. If the break is at the weld site on the jump ring, we have a guarentee on this and would re-weld it at no charge for as long as you have your jewelry (the chain must be brought back to your scheduled appointment to re-weld). However, permanent jewelry can be broken or damages just like any other piece and, therefore, we cannot guarantee the chain.
What about medical procedures or security checkpoints? If your jewelry must be removed for a medical procedure, no problem! Make an appointment with our staff and we will safely remove it for you, or you can simply cut it at the jump ring with nail clippers. There will be a small rewelding fee to place your jewelry back, and be sure to keep your chain to bring to your appointment. As far as security checkpoints, this would be like any other jewelry and you will not have to remove it to go through security.
