OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

In stock bracelets will be shipped immediately upon payment. Custom bracelets will take 1 week to ship to your door after payment. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How It Works

Please contact us at our email or provided contact form. Please make sure to have order number, your name, and type of payment you used. If for any reason, we can't look up your information please keep a copy of your delivery/order receipt.

WARRANTY AT GIGI'S PRECIOUS GEMS

Our Policy

We accept returns no later than 30 days from purchase with no damaged products. If products are damaged, we have the right to refuse a refund. Products will be reviewed by Gigi's Precious Gems for damage when received. If you would like to have a replacement bracelet, we will send out a new bracelet (please note that s&h will be at consumers expense).
